Simply click on "Be A Seller" from Wndo's menu bar. Then confirm your selection and start listing your products on Wndo's marketplace and start receiving purchase orders from customers.
Simply, click on "be a seller" on the Wndo app menu, then confirm the request.
If you are willing to sell your used or new products on Wndo, but you do not have one of the following documents, then you need to register as an individual seller. For the corporate seller:
- Commercial registration (CR)
- Tax card
To help us maintain a trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers, we will need some additional proofs (National ID, Commercial registration and Tax card) for the information you provided during registration.

After you switch your account into a seller account in Wndo app, visit the setting page. In the "Submit Required Documents" section, upload your documents.
When we can't verify a document or it doesn't meet our requirements, we reject it. Our decision to approve or reject a document is final and cannot be appealed, although you can re-apply with a new account, we advise to check your documents first and know what's wrong or contact our support team in case you need help.
Wndo requires four documents in order to verify your identity as a corporate seller, while only the national ID for verify the individual seller.
For the corporate seller:
- National ID
- Commercial registration (CR)
- Tax card
- Bank Account details (IBAN)
To avoid having your documents rejected, make sure they meet the following criteria:
All documents must:

- be valid (not expired, revoked, or closed)
- be high-quality, in color, and unobstructed (not angled, blurry, or cropped)
- show the full page
- not be a screenshot
- display matching information (such as your ID number or name) that you use to register to sell on Wndo
- be scanned images, or a photo taken from your mobile device's camera (no screenshots)
- display the full document (front and back, if applicable)
- be less than 10MB in size
- be in one of these formats: jpg or pdf. Do not include special characters in the file name (examples: $, &, or #)
- be authentic and unaltered be in one of these supported languages: English, Arabic
The corporate icon is only applicable for the corporate sellers only.
Wndo will handle everything for you, including delivering the products to your customers' doorsteps and dealing with customer returns (shipping products yourself will be optional soon).
You don't. All you have to do is list your products on Wndo's marketplace, then kickback and relax, Wndo will handle everything for you.
Only within 14 days for all order types of new items and 5 days of used items, even for Cash on Delivery. Wndo will deposit all the funds from completed sales into your back account.

Wndo gathers various types of product categories, including brand new, used, and handmade products. But certain categories are prohibited on Wndo, which you can learn about by visiting the prohibited products page.
Selling products on Wndo is at no cost to you. Our fees are only 5% of the product price before adding shipping and taxes, which are added to the overall price for the buyer to pay.
Delivery costs vary based on the product's size, weight and shipping zone.
VAT registrations must include a special application form, including hard copies of the business entity's tax card, commercial register, and import card. Non-resident businesses supplying taxable goods are also required to register for VAT via a local Fiscal Representative.
Wndo always notifies you right away once you have a new purchase order. You can either receive a notification on your phone or check Wndo's application for new notifications.

Swipe up and down on Wndo's home page to browse your favorite product categories, or use our search function to find a specific product or category by name. Once you find a product you like, add it to your cart and check out when you're done.
There is no place for price gouging on Wndo. We can confirm that we do not engage in any sudden increase in pricing. Lower priced offers are quickly selling out, leaving higher priced offers from third party sellers. We are actively monitoring our website and removing offers that substantially exceed the recent average sales price.
Yes, you can get and print or download invoices for orders sold and fulfilled by Wndo by checking you email inbox. If you placed an order with a third party seller and the invoice was not available at the time of delivery, please reach out to our customer service team and they will get in touch with the third party seller to convey your request.
You can pay with your credit/debit card, you can use your Wndo e-wallet, or you can pay cash on delivery.
You may be able to cancel the order until it is not confirmed. Please visit My orders section and select the order you want to cancel. Click on the button “Cancel Order” next to the order to cancel it. If you don’t see the button and you still wish to cancel, please wait until receiving the shipment, then you can ask for refund and return the order if you still do not like to have it.
- Yes, you can return your orders for the used Items within the first 24 hours and for the new Items within the first 14 days upon receiving it, the terms and condition will be applied. If you wish to return your order after the mentioned time had passed, please send us an email and maybe an additional fees will be added.
- Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to that of Wndo, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Seller profile page.
- Note: Order must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact. All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product.
- If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns, Wndo may deduct the shipping costs from your refund amount in accordance with Wndo's general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
Outside the 14 days return period for the new items and 24 hours for the used items, customer requests to return product/s because they are not working should be directed to the customer service to assess the claimed fault and decide if a refund is appropriate.
Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer's refund request to be rejected and charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you haven't yet received it, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information. Please wait until the delivery date in Your Orders.
Your family members, house mates, neighbors, building security or co-workers may accept the package on your behalf. In some rare scenarios, the delivery agent might accidentally scan your package as delivered, while it is still in transit. If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. A shipment might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Damaged in transit
After ordering the product, you can head to your order details and leave your ratings and reviews for the item you bought. Your family members, house mates, neighbors, building security or co-workers may accept the package on your behalf. In some rare scenarios, the delivery agent might accidentally scan your package as delivered, while it is still in transit. If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. If you like any product on Wndo but you can't purchase it at the moment, you can simply save it for later by adding it to your wish list. This happens by clicking on the heart-shaped button on the side of every product. When the time is suitable and you can buy the products you added to the list, you can simply visit your wish list, add these products to your cart, and check out.
Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you can’t add additional items to it, but you can start a new order.
Once you place your order on Wndo, we always make sure to send you a confirmation, which consists of your order number and details. We’ll continue to notify you of the progress of your order until it reaches you.
First make sure to sign in to your account on Wndo, tap on "Profile" then click on "My Order" to view your order history. You can also check any of your orders' details and status, and track any ongoing order from "My Order".
Not on Wndo. You can order any amount you like from Wndo's marketplace. You won't have to pay any extra fees no matter how many items you order. You will only pay the total price shown while checking out, which includes delivery, taxes, and all other fees. 
Visit "My Account" and click on "My Vouchers", to view and manage the purchase vouchers available to you through Wndo. When you visit "My Vouchers", you can check the unused and already used ones, and you can activate any unused voucher by clicking on it and using it on the next order.
