WNDO collects personal information: (a) that you provide us, (b) created during your access and use of our Services, and (c) from other sources and third parties.

We collect and store any information that; (i) you register on our digital properties when you create a user account, order or purchase our Products or use our Services; or (ii) when you visit our retail stores scattered across Egypt. This includes your name, email address, date of birth, contact number and place of residence.

  • Automated information collection:

We collect your personal information each time you interact with us through our digital platforms. It is the type of Information created and collected during your use of our Services or interactions on our digital properties.

We use automated information collection technologies for reporting and analysis purposes. We examine metrics such as how you are shopping on our website, in our stores, and on our mobile application, the performance of our marketing efforts, and your response to those marketing efforts. This allows us to provide you with a personalized experience regardless of how you interact with us.

This includes content interaction information, such as content downloads, streams, and playback details, IP address, device data and operating system, usage data, location data, date and time, and referring URLs.

You understand that we may not transfer, make available, record, store, circulate, relocate, share, publish, use, display, send, receive, retrieve or process your personal information inside the Arab Republic of Egypt to outside or vice versa, except in accordance with the terms and covenants stipulated under Data Protection Law No. 151/2020.

Communications relating to newest ads and features

If you do not wish to receive promotional communications, emails, SMS or telephone calls regarding the newest features and advertisements, please contact our Support Team to opt-out.

You also have the ability to unsubscribe from promotional emails via the unsubscribe link enclosed at the bottom of the promotional mail/SMS.

 

Location Data

You may prevent your mobile device from sharing your location data by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device or within the relevant app.

 

Stop collection and processing of your personal information

If you wish to stop all collection and processing of your personal information, you may deactivate or delete your user account on our digital properties and refrain from accessing our platform or using our Services.

You can stop all further collection of information by uninstalling our mobile application by using the standard uninstall process available at your mobile device.

Following the deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information, unless they shall be retained due to various reasons, such as, legal or regulatory requirements, safety, security, and fraud prevention purposes, or due to an issue relating to the your account in particular, such as an outstanding credit or an unresolved claim or dispute.

Note: If you uninstall the mobile application from your device without deleting your account, your user account will continue to exist and your personal information will continue to be collected, stored and processed. Further, you re-install the application once again; we will be able to connect your IP address with previous transactions and activities carried out on your user account.
